9,000mAh Glacier Battery and 100W Fast Charging

Battery capacity is the headline feature of the new lineup. OnePlus has confirmed a 9,000mAh Glacier Battery for the Ace 7 series, supported by 100W SuperVOOC fast charging.

According to the company's pre-launch claims, the battery can support up to seven hours of gaming at 185 frames per second or up to 24 hours of continuous video playback under the stated test conditions. Actual endurance will depend on brightness, network conditions, applications, temperature and gaming workload.

The series also features a Glacier battery-management chip. OnePlus says this technology is designed to improve energy efficiency, help maintain performance at low battery levels and support battery health over extended use.

• Battery capacity: 9,000mAh, officially confirmed
• Wired charging: 100W SuperVOOC, officially confirmed
• Gaming endurance: Up to 7 hours at 185fps, claimed
• Video endurance: Up to 24 hours, claimed
• Battery technology: Glacier Battery and dedicated energy-efficiency chip

These are manufacturer claims, not independent battery-test results. Real-world performance will need to be evaluated after the phones become available.

OnePlus Ace 7 Pro Gets a Dual-Airflow Cooling System

Gaming performance is another major focus of the Ace 7 Pro. OnePlus has confirmed a dual-path Glacier cooling system that uses separate airflow paths to help cool the chipset and the phone's rear panel.

The design is intended to manage heat during demanding gaming sessions and help maintain consistent performance. The company has also promoted the series' gaming-focused software and hardware features.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor has been confirmed for the OnePlus Ace 7 Pro. Reports also identify a V-series variant of the chipset for the standard Ace 7, although buyers should check the final specifications announced for each model.

OnePlus Ace 7 and Ace 7 Pro: Confirmed Features vs Expectations

The display and camera details above remain unconfirmed in the sources cited for this article. They should not be treated as final specifications until OnePlus publishes the complete product details.

Design and Colour Options

OnePlus has previewed multiple finishes for both models. Reported colour names include Tempered Fire, Midnight Black and Glossy White for the standard Ace 7, while the Pro is expected in Windbreak, Midnight Black and Lightning White.

The design previews show flat edges, a prominent rear camera area, a customisable lighting element and a hidden air-intake design. Final colour names and availability may vary by market.

Could the OnePlus Ace 7 Series Come to India?

OnePlus has not confirmed Indian launch dates or official Indian prices for the Ace 7 and Ace 7 Pro. Previous Ace-series phones have sometimes been associated with the company's R-series naming in international markets, so a possible India variant has attracted speculation.

Any connection between the Ace 7 series and a future OnePlus R-series model remains unconfirmed. Indian buyers should wait for an official announcement before assuming that either device will launch locally under the same name or with identical specifications.

What to Expect at the October 29 Event

The launch event should clarify the remaining specifications, memory configurations, camera hardware, display details and Chinese pricing. It will also provide a better understanding of how the standard model differs from the Pro variant.

For now, the confirmed 9,000mAh battery, 100W charging and the Pro model's advanced cooling system are the strongest reasons to watch this launch. The final buying decision should wait until independent performance, thermal and battery tests become available.
